SMALL CHANGES IN DIET MAKE A DIFFERENCE

The Journal of Medical Internet published the results of the National Mindless Eating Challenge, which showed an average two pound weight loss per month of people who changed eating behaviors for at least 25 or days more per month. This shows that making a few small changes can make a difference in your weight. You do not have to totally change your way of life or completely change your diet. However, you do need to be patient!
