How To Stop Overeating

1. Eat more so you are not hungry and overeat later in the day 2. Eat whole foods that have nutrients instead of processed foods that don’t feed our body properly 3. Eat healthy fats – fat doesn’t make you fat, sugar makes you fat! 4. Eat a lot of fiber to fill up 5. Drink plenty of water 6. Identify your trigger foods and stay away from them! 6. Stay away from alcohol!
