Iphone App for Pregnancy

A new iphone app helps pregnant women and nursing women eat fish safely. Fish4Health helps women track their seafood intake, fish oil supplements, healthy fats and mercury. Pregnant and nursing women are supposed to avoid fish high in mercury and contaminants and consume about 8-12 ounces of fish per week.

A new study published in BMJ’s Journal of Epidemiology found that eating 5 servings of fruit and vegetables per day is indeed the magic number to strive for.
