Late Night Meals Linked to Weight Status
The International Journal of Obesity published an article this month investigated whether the timing of meals influenced weight loss. They found that people who ate more food later in the day with their main meal after 3pm had less weight loss than those that ate their main meal before 3pm. It seems that the late eaters skipped breakfast or had a small breakfast, which may be related to the weight loss differences. All dieters had similar food intake, sleep patterns, age, and gender.
