What is involved in the free consult?

The free consult is an opportunity for us to learn about your goal and symptoms. It is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and see if we can work together.

What happens during the first session?

Before our first session, you will fill out questionnaires about your history, stress and symptoms. We will review your answers, set goals and determine a plan of action.

How often should i have follow ups?

In the beginning of treatment follow ups should be more often to keep you focused on your goals. Once a week or every other week is recommended.

Should i take out a package?

Packages are recommended since they are cost effective.

Are sessions in person or online?

We are located in Westchester, NY and can meet in White Plains at selected times. Otherwise, zoom is available as well as phone sessions.

What if I can’t follow the diet recommendations?

The goal is to meet you where you are and empower change as you are motivated and able. That being said, gut health is much more effective when the diet is follow strictly in the beginning of treatment.
