Berries are Powerful!

Eat lots of berries! They are less than 100 calories per cup, high in fiber, and full of antioxidants and vitamins. Raspberries and blackberries are highest in fiber, strawberries are highest in vitamin C, and blueberries are highest in antioxidants. Frozen berries can be just as nutritious as fresh - just make sure there are no added sugars.
