MRT Testing
Certification in the reading and application of the MRT test helps individuals suffering from migraines, fibromyalgia, IBS and other disorders. Chronic Inflammation is at the root of most chronic illness, and the diet can cause inflammation through food allergies and food sensitivities. Food sensitivities are very hard to figure out, and MRT does something no other food sensitivity blood test can do:
It quantifies sensitivity reactions
It identifies food and chemicals that are triggering sub-clinical inflammatory reactions
It tells which immune cells are reacting
How Does it work?
After a blood test an extensive history, clients are started with a list of “tested safe” foods and then build their diet. As they feel better, symptoms and total functioning improve.
The LEAP protocol allows for flexibility within the boundaries of “eating only MRT-tested foods and ingredients for 4-6 weeks.” There are 3 phases to the program with the goal of transitioning to a normalized, long-term healthy eating pattern.
