While coffee has some benefits, coffee or lattes with excessive sugar negate any positive effects of coffee. Many people have started drinking butter coffee, also called keto coffee as a way to make coffee healthier.Butter coffee is black brewed coffee with  1 Tbs grass fed  unsalted butter and  1Tbs  MCT  (medium chain triglycerides) oil or coconut oil. It is high calorie and high fat but does not contain any carbohydrates. MCT oil is easily digestible and is a quick energy source that can boost your metabolism. It was also popularized by Dave Asprey, who invented Bulletproof coffee, a type of butter coffee.Benefits of butter coffee are said to be improved concentration and sustained energy  throughout the day. Proponents state it a helps with weight loss,  increases satiety and makes you feel full longer while curbing your appetite.
