Diet Soda Linked to Diabetes

According to a study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, both sugar-sweetened drinks and sugar free drinks are associated with a higher rate of diabetes. Surprisingly however, those drinking the sugar-free diet drinks had an even higher incidence of diabetes that those drinking regular sweetened soft drinks. These results were not found for those drinking 100% natural juice.
