Fruits and Vegetables Linked to Better Mental Health

Fruit and vegetable consumption is now linked with mental health as well as physical health. A new study showed that 33.5% of respondents with high mental wellbeing ate five or more portions of fruit and vegetables a day, compared with only 6.8% who ate less than one portion
