Another Reason to Exercise!

New research has found another reason to exercise. BMJ Sports Medicine published a study showing that a sedentary lifestyle is linked to depression. In fact, the researchers found that sedentary behavior was linked to a 25% higher risk of depression! Therefore, physical activity is beneficial for both your physical AND mental health. So pick an activity you enjoy and get moving!!!
