Aloe Vera Juice Soothes the Burn

Aloe vera juice is made from all three layers of the aloe plant. Besides digestive health, aloe vera juice can also be used to improve hydration and increase detoxification. Make sure the aloe vera juice that you purchase is organic and sugar free. Do not drink more than 8 oz a day, or you may experience diarrhea due to its laxative effects.
